Our residents are typically young professionals, students, and interns aged 20-35. We carefully screen all applicants to ensure a respectful, friendly living environment. During your viewing, you might even get to meet some current residents!
Yes, we require a refundable deposit equivalent to 2 weeks' rent. This is protected in a government-approved deposit protection scheme and returned to you when you move out, minus any deductions for damage (which is rare).
All rooms come fully furnished, so you don't need to bring anything. However, you're welcome to add personal touches — photos, fairy lights, plants, cushions — to make it feel like yours.
Flex Basic: Cosy room with single bed — our most affordable option. Flex Plus: Larger room with double bed and Smart TV. Flex Premium: Double bed, 60" TV, and premium furnishings. Deluxe: Our signature room — spacious with full-size bed, desk, 60" TV. Master: The largest option with king bed AND your own private en-suite bathroom.
Very fast! Once you've viewed a room and signed the agreement, you can typically move in within 3-7 days. For urgent moves, we sometimes accommodate even quicker timelines.
Unfortunately, we don't currently allow pets in our co-living spaces. This is to ensure comfort for all residents, particularly those with allergies. We know it's disappointing — we love pets too!
Of course! Guests are welcome for occasional overnight stays. We just ask that you're considerate of your flatmates — let them know in advance and make sure guests follow house rules.
Just let us know and we'll sort it. We have a responsive maintenance team that handles repairs quickly. Reasonable wear and tear is expected — you won't be charged for normal use.
Rent is paid weekly via bank transfer or direct debit. We'll set everything up during your move-in process to make it as hassle-free as possible.
